Relationships are at the heart of change work.
Under capitalism, relationships become commodities and transactions - things to exploit instead of generative, nourishing, and relational. Imagine your team, your community group, your family, with the skills to nurture, to listen, to come together for a cause, and to collectively use your voices for change.
In this 3 hour retreat, we lay the groundwork for creating a new communication framework to tend relationships, repair harm, introduce harm reduction strategies, and understand your own relating style for improved group dynamics. This work is essential as a foundation for any post capitalist and collective action. Relationships and relating skills are crucial for creating for building trust, demonstrating commitment, reducing risk and increasing public trust, increasing morale, rebuilding relationships, and increasing abundance and opportunities.
Ultimately, it's the skills around relationships such as: harm reduction techniques, conflict and repair skills, active listening, mutuality, and building a collaborative culture. As we build our muscles for healthier and stronger relationships, we can collectively speak truth to power and push for a just and equitable world for us all.

Why is this important right now?
The key takeaways from this workshop emphasize the importance of mastering various relationship skills – with ourselves, others, power, money, bodies, ancestors, and the land. Without these skills, it is difficult to change our circumstances individually and collectively to create a post-capitalist future where everyone can thrive.
Having hard conversations, speaking across differences, and conflict resolution are essential for creating safe spaces. When harm occurs, learning to apologize and course correct is crucial. These skills form the foundation for building wealth, growing businesses, achieving abundance, fostering healthier relationships, and challenging power structures.
Drawing from years of experience as a facilitator in mixed spaces with diverse groups, I will share valuable techniques and strategies that I use daily to promote effective collaboration and change - even in very toxic work cultures and family situations.
I look forward to seeing you at the workshop, feel free to get in touch with any questions.

Gratitude for Anuradha's trainings:
'I thoroughly enjoyed the past few days, and I must say, the value you provided was exceptional. Thank you so much for the insightful experience. I've learned a lot and want to take time to apply these lessons. Your workshops are an excellent precursor to Sowing Post Capitalist Seeds, as they set expectations and offer practical tools, not just theory.
- Prerna Uppal
'I think a lot of us want to believe we are doing social justice work in our daily lives but never have put it down on paper "how" we are doing this, much less mapped out how we do it and our path toward liberation. The workbook and materials made me analyze my role, my commitment and my understanding of my role in capitalism.
The beautifully done workbook is a tool I know I will come back to for reassessment for years to come. My path, my roles and my future in anti-capitalism world are now clear. Thank you Anuradha!

What people are saying:
'You will most definitely be challenged and supported both by those who join you in the work and by the great facilitators. There is no better time now when we see the capitalist world crumbling around us.'
- Peter Barber
'I’ve never encountered teachers that deliver such a complex and often heavy subject matter in such a manner that it created space and movement within me, rather than weighing me down. This is what teaching looks like outside of the cisheteropatriarchal, white supremacist, capitalist paradigm. Much of what I learned has become an essential part of my personal practice of anti-capitalism.'
- Emma Moody
This work is a journey through and beyond all the ways capitalism touches our lives, with fellow travelers who are committed to seeing the possibilities beyond it. I was impressed by the amount of trust that was able to be built over Zoom in our group.'
- Murphy Robinson
This work has given me the foundational tools to move forward with anti-fascist, anti-capitalist and anti-racist work with a more acutely critical, structural and political lens. It was exactly the primer I needed.
-Audrey Gidman
I believe we are facing a crisis like no other. It's an important time to connect and prepare for a post-capitalist society.
- Valerie Hartshorn
