Terms of Service
The terms of service are the policies for participating in the Sowing Post Capitalist Seeds Pod or Cultivating Liberation. The main difference between the two terms of service, for consumers and for organizations, is that consumers have an option for a 14-day cancellation without penalty or cost.
Terms of Service for Consumers
The terms are for those who are taking the Sowing Post Capitalist Seeds Pod & Cultivating Liberation as a customer or individual consumer.
By registering for the course, you agree to our terms of service. These Terms should be read alongside our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy found on our site. Any content you submit while in the Programme must adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy. If you are part of a company, the term “you” includes your officers and employees.
The Programme is defined by our courses: Sowing Post Capitalist Seeds Pod or Cultivating Liberation Workshop.
The total price of the Pod is defined in a summary of key terms, and payments can be made in installments. A deposit is required upon registration, followed by invoices for the remaining amounts every 28 days. Payments must be made within 7 days of invoicing, and interest may accrue on late payments. The total price is exclusive of taxes, which will be added where applicable, and payments are generally non-refundable except under certain conditions.
The price for the Workshop is in one payment.
The Pod lasts for 12 weeks and the Cultivating Liberation course is 90 minutes. All courses consist of online sessions, email communication, and online resources. All session dates and times will be communicated via email but may change, with prior notice provided when possible. Participants should regularly check for updates. To participate fully, individuals need internet access, the Zoom app, email access, and a device connected to the internet.
The agreement between you and us starts when we confirm your registration via email and continues until it is terminated as stated in these Terms.
If you are buying online, you should follow these steps: add the Programme to your cart, checkout, and pay or set up a subscription through PayPal or Stripe. Enter your details, and after payment, you will be sent an automated email confirming your order and another email with course details. If you make an error in your order, email us to correct it. It’s advised to print a copy of these Terms for your records, as we may update them.
Online sessions will be held securely on third-party servers, and while efforts will be made to ensure access to all content, the organizers are not liable for any unavailability, corruption, or loss of content. Participants must keep their login details confidential and report any unauthorized use immediately, taking responsibility for any resulting claims or damages.
We do not guarantee any particular results since success depends on various uncontrollable factors. We will do our best to provide accurate information but are not liable for any inaccuracies. Confidential information accessed during the Programme will not be disclosed unless required by law or with consent. Participants can cancel their registration within 14 days for a full refund but will lose this right once the services begin.
The organizers hold all rights to the Programme content, and participants are prohibited from reproducing or distributing materials without permission. Participants can use content for personal purposes only. Audio and visual recordings of the Programme require prior consent. Participants cannot promote products or services to others during the Programme without permission.
The Contract continues until the Programme ends, with provisions for termination if either party breaches the terms. Upon termination, all unpaid fees must be settled immediately. The termination does not affect previously accrued rights and obligations. Any delay in exercising termination rights does not waive those rights.
Liability for any losses, damages, or costs resulting from entering into the Contract is limited to the Programme’s price paid. The organizers are not liable for any issues arising from changes to the Programme or other related factors.
By registering, participants affirm their legal capacity to enter contracts, that they are at least 18 years old, and that the information provided is truthful. Communication will primarily be electronic, and consent is given for such communications. The organizers may change the terms as needed, notifying participants by email, with continued participation deemed acceptance of the new terms.
Participants cannot transfer their rights under the Contract, while the Programme organizers may transfer their rights. A failure to enforce any term or right does not waive that right, and if any term is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will stay in effect. Lastly, individuals who are not parties to the Contract cannot enforce its terms.
Any disputes related to the Contract will be governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. References to one gender include both genders.
